Serendipity 3 - Georgetown

I have always wanted to try Serendipity and finally got a chance to while in D.C. this past weekend! All I have to say that it is AMAZING!! I love it!! I knew people were all hyped up about it, but never understood why. Mainly I thought because of the famous name, but oh my it was delicious.

Have any of you been before? If not, go, you'll love it!

I had the meatball pizza, which was fabulous!

Stelio had the reuben, which was great considering that I don't care for them.

My dessert was the frozen hot chocolate, yummy!!

Perfect Holiday Nail Colors

I love trying new nail polish colors! Always. I like to experiment and see what looks good and what does not. I own over 30 bottles and still can't get enough.

The holidays is always fun to experiment with new colors, especially dark and sparkly ones. I can always find a new color for any party or occasion.

Leopard Spots and Cobalt Blue

I love cobalt blue. I never wore it much, but I was brave enough try it and I pulled it off! Leopard is my other favorite and I thought I'd combine the two and it looked amazing. Next I would love to try red pant with cheetah, I bet it will look fabulous.

Sorry it has been a week since I have last blogged, but I have been so busy with school and visiting family in Northern Virginia. But, I am so excited to show you all the new Rebecca Minkoff tote I have been eyeing for months on shopbop! It finally went on sale and I snagged it immediately! It is such a great size and the material is amazing as well. I can't wait to wear it!

Happy Birthday To Me!!

Hey everyone! Today is my 23rd Birthday! I feel old, well somewhat. I don't have too much planned out except dinner with my family and the boyfriend. This weekend is when I'll be celebrating with friends. I really do like the fact that my Birthday is low key this year. I have learned it's better to spend it with close family and friends.

My Interview With Shannon of Style Diary Of A Fashion Fanatic

I just recently discovered an amazing blog called Style Diary Of A Fashion Fanatic. Shannon, the blogger is amazing. She is always dressed to the nines and never have I read a post that I did not enjoy. Her style is beyond amazing and I would love own almost all of the pieces that she features on her blog, especially her Hermes pieces. I am so glad to have discovered her blog because it truly is an inspiration.

1. What inspired you to start your blog?

I have loved fashion for as long as I can remember. I would send my mom, friends, & Aunt Sue (a fellow fashionista) photos of outfits I'd be wearing to get their thoughts. My Aunt Sue suggested I start a fashion blog.

2. How Did You Come Up With The Name Of Your Blog?

I have always kept a journal to jot things down that I love and inspire me. I knew I wanted my blog to include various outfits I'd be wearing and that's where "Style Diary" came from. The Fashion Fanatic part was just to express my love of style.

3. How long have you been blogging?

I've been blogging since June 2011

4. Do you have any other blogs?

No

5. What inspired your love for Hermes?

Hermes has such stunning classic designs. The bags are beyond gorgeous! My husband gave me my first Hermes bag- a black Kelly bag with gold hardware- eleven years ago. I carried that bag downtown Chicago Today while shopping. Hermes never dates; their designs always look classic but with a modern edge. I have been collecting Hermes bags, silk scarves, jewelry, clothing, & shoes since I received my black Kelly bag. I feature my Hermes items in my blog all the time. My favorite Hermes bag is a mini Birkin bag in ultra violet colored lizard skin with gunmetal hardware my husband gave me as a gift a few years ago.

6. What do you consider the most essential item of clothing a girl should own?

A great black jacket!!!

7. Do you prefer Jimmy Choo or Christian Louboutin?

8. Favorite clothing stores:

9. What is a new trend you would like to try out?

I just bought a Rebecca Taylor midnight blue colored coat with fur sleeves- I had seen many coats with fur sleeves on the runways & the Rebecca Taylor style caught my eye. I'm excited to begin wearing it once winter begins. I'm also loving the skirts that are short in front and long in back.... I saw a Style Stalker skirt like that & am thinking of buying it!

10.What Is The Number One Item On Your Wishlist?

Blog because you love and enjoy blogging. Get to know other bloggers! I have met some amazing bloggers since I began and follow their blogs.
