Learning to Cook

It is no secret that I am not the best cook out there. I have been trying to learn lately because I know my boyfriend would appreciate a home cooked meal once in a while instead of take out or him cooking for me. I have some basics down now, so I thought it was time to buy a cookbook or two or three, well ok four, but they are all different, so that justifies it.  I am so excited for them to arrive and try them out, especially the Paula Dean Southern Cooking Bible.

  1. I can cook, but I don't do it nearly as often as I should because I get home form work so late...so sad

  2. There was a time that I wanted to learn cooking and thought of buying books for help, but I got bored of it soon! Still, I learned some basic foods!

Hope you get to learn too!

  3. I am not the best cook out there. I think my problem is not having the time to practice. There are some bloggers that I follow that can make some restaurant worthy stuff and I am nowhere near that!

  6. I'm slowly dipping my feet into the cooking pool, haha. But it's a process! My Mom LOVES the Ina Garten cookbook and I can definitely say that the recipes turn out delicious :)

    Good luck!
